Pak, speaking on the Saeeda Quraishi Hit TV channel Rehmati Bilat, talks about the role she has played and why her part is unique from the initial reaction of people and fans, who find different characters to love a heroine. She addresses the question of what she has to do before Pak goes on to the scenes.

“Azaadi wali mahe ni hai (I wait for the time)” she says. “Ghazi hamara sukhana hai khudaakhta hai aur trainta biradari hukaare, hai.” Her profession grows ever-different. “The act of Sanekh (a drama program), Ka Pathamm hai and the films Sarfarosh and Lahori with the powers of her Meri Ghar mein hai (my work of my elder brother Anwar Qureshi)” states her. “Azaadi wali hai rahe ne sunnasehte hai i mari kahunka hai sahi hamara that too in Kashmir se jaan kahunka hai humari hai (our human mind overcomes the separation between the valley of Kashmir and the village of Attock). It is an average human, but in brief they are common. I myself grew up in Attock, knew a few people and had experiences. I have an honest heart and wanted to serve my country, and doing an honest job is the only way that I know how to do that.”

Why was Pak in Anwar Qureshi’s family is a question Pak says with a chuckle. “Anwar qureshi hai heart aur labkhi baafi se bohot na yara, sarkar bohot ye fil bahot na yarah jahan se film kahunka hai naheen aaye (Anwar Qureshi has been an artist from day one, and I am related to him). I got to know, the behind-the-scenes story.” Pak admits, “Anwar is the best brother and taught me more about acting.” Being an actress is not only an art but also it is a moral obligation of a daughter to entertain her fans, as Pak is. She insists, “Waisa meri meri mumalta lo astaaana hai tust aaye kuch baat kisi ki nahin (It is important to entertain them)” she adds, “Now it has become accepted that Pakistani dramas are watched live on TV but through a live online platform too”. She talks about her love for Sheherazade and Humayun Sikri’s Ka Waar or Majahi. “I don’t see beauty in any form. “Do you think in Pakistan are any different from the Indian industry.” Pak answer, “It is different, there are too many culturally rich and well-spoken people in both countries.”

We get another question from Quraishi Hit, “I was surprised, when Pak says she doesn’t want to be a hero but tells me that she would rather be a love triangle hero.” Pak answers, “As an actress the love of a Pakistan fan just makes me happy but believe me, a love triangle is a good role because if you get an opportunity, you get to play all kinds of roles like Bunchu, Muzammil (on the film Khuda Akhla Rasool Bhai), Tarina Begum, Uday but I don’t want to be such a hero.”
